Who are we? We are an online retailer of TV Mounts, Projector Mounts and Speaker Mounts. We also sell TV Turntables and other audio video installation materials. VideoMountStore.com went online in November 2003. We stock the products listed on our website in OUR warehouse in Plano, Texas.

Since we do not operate a retail store if you want to come by please call first.
Return Policy We have tried to design a return policy that is fair to both parties. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please call us at (800)585-8795 within 30 days of the original invoice date to notify us. We do not accept returns on special order items. Items that are not in the original box and packaging are NOT returnable.

How much money will I get back?
  • Items in NEW unopened condition are eligible for a 100% product refund not including shipping cost.
  • If we have recommended a product in error you will be issued a 100% refund.
  • Items that are not in the original box and packaging are NOT returnable. If they show up here we try to refuse the shipment. If we are unable to catch it you will be issued zero refund.
  • If the product is not in new condition(can not be resold) and has been installed or all of the packaging material is not present you will be refunded 80% of the product price.
  • The only time we refund shipping is when we have made an error or if a product is defective and no replacement is sent.
  • No refunds will be issued after 90 days even if you notified us within 30 days of your purchase.
How does the process work?
  1. Call (800)585-8795 to notify us that you will be returning an item.
  2. Repackage the products securely for shipment. Most items will need to be over boxed. Do not ship them in their decorative or display packaging.
  3. Make sure you include a copy of your invoice if available. You can also write a note containing the following information:
    • Original order number if available
    • Your Name
    • Your Phone Number(Where we can reach you)
    • Products you are returning
    • Reason for return
  4. Ship the product back to us at:

    You are responsible for the return shipping cost. You can use any carrier you are comfortable using. We recommend using a traceable method.
  5. Once your product has arrived we will inspect the shipment and issue the appropriate refund. This can take up to 10 business days. If it has been greater than 30 days since we charged your credit card we will have to call you to get the card number to issue the refund.(Our system deletes the card number after 30 days for your protection)
Videomountstore.com and Technical Connections Inc. reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of certain merchandise at any time and for any reason.
Exchanges Exchanges are handled according to our standard "Return Policy". We find it is easier to just have customers place a new order for the replacement item and do a return on the unwanted item. We do however allow you the option of sending back the unwanted item and receiving credit towards a new purchase.
Damaged shipment If you receive a shipment that has been damaged in transit you must notify the carrier immediately. If the shipment appears extremely damaged refuse the shipment. You must also notify us at (800)585-8795 and we will send you a replacement item or part.
Defective item If you receive a defective product please notify us immediately at (800)585-8795 so we can make arrangements to send you a replacement item or part.
In Stock? Out of Stock? All items are currently stocked in our warehouse. We make every effort to have everything in stock all the time. If there is no "ORDER" button for an item it is probably out of stock. If you happen to be able to order an item that is out of stock we try to contact you as soon as possible to let you know if you need to make other arrangements. If you see something you would like that is listed as out of stock please call or e-mail for details on when it will be back in stock. You may also request that we e-mail you when the item is back in stock.
Shipping Policy Technical Connections Inc. ships all in-stock orders within 1 business day. Orders are shipped via UPS is most cases.

Here is a brief description of the shipping methods available from VideoMountStore.com. Please be aware that "BUSINESS DAYS" for UPS are Monday through Friday. There are exceptions for holidays and other events. Please call or email if you have concerns about timely delivery.

  • UPS 2nd Day Air - 2nd Business Day Delivery to a Business or Residence
  • UPS 3-Day Select - 3rd Business Day Delivery to a Business or Residence
  • UPS Ground - Least expensive method. Anywhere in continental US within 5 business days.

International Shipping We are unable to ship orders outside of the United States at this time.
Payment Methods Online purchases may be paid for by Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. You can also mail an order and pay by Check or Money Order. Orders paid by check may be held until the check clears before shipping. Telephone orders are welcome too.
Sales Tax Sales Tax is added to all Texas orders.

Sales taxes for Texas will be estimated online based only on the statewide rate and added to your order using the shipping address that you provide. If your order is shipping to an area that has an additional county or local sales tax, we will add this amount as we process your order. As required by law, all sales taxes are remitted to the appropriate local taxing authorities.
Canceling an Order Orders placed at VideoMountStore.com (Technical Connections Inc.) cannot be canceled online. To cancel orders, please call (800)585-8795 or email at sales@videomountstore.com. Once you order from VideoMountStore.com (Technical Connections Inc.), we start processing on it right away. For that reason, depending on how much time has elapsed since you placed your order we may have already shipped your order to you.
