We offer TV Ceiling Mounts with the option add or substitute a top plate that works with unistrut. We offer the unistrut adapter separately or as an options on most of the ceiling mounts we sell. | Most mounts can also be adapted to work with 2 pieces of strut using the images below as a guide. The following pictures show how we used Unistrut to hang a 50" Panasonic Plasma TV in our warehouse. Everything shown here except for the mount came from Home Depot. The mount we are using is our model 33CE33TW. These items are also available at nearly any electrical supply. Unistrut is a commonly recognized brand name. The brand Home Depot carries is Thomas & Betts Superstrut.  This picture shows the detail of the clamps used to attach the Unistrut to the steel that supports the roof.  We used the U-501 clamps though there are many types available.  In this picture you can see the A-100 Spring Nuts we used inside the channel to bolt the mount to.   |
